The football stadium was constructed in 1955 and was named Clement E. Pribil Stadium in 1987.  Father Clement E. Pribil was a member of the Bishop McGuinness Advisory Council, Pastor of Christ the King Church, and a strong supporter of McGuinness and Catholic education.  The facility was named in his memory shortly after he passed away.

The Bishop McGuinness Track and Field complex was built around the football field in 1987.  Several renovations have been done to the facility since it was constructed but in 2003, the entire structure received a major facelift.  Included in the remodel was new concrete for many of the worn areas, water proofing the face of stadium, new seats, east bleachers and a new press box.

The Tom Casso and Tom Love families joined forces in 2006 to construct the Casso/Love Fieldhouse.  This modern facility contains a weight room, coaching offices and restroom and shower areas for athletes.  In the spring of 2008, a complete new façade was placed over the old stadium and the public restrooms and south entrance were redone.

Today, the old stadium is hardly recognizable.  The stadium project put the finishing touches on three capital campaigns that began in 2002 and raised over 18 million dollars to totally renovate the Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School campus.
