Dear Prayer Partners,
"Prepare the way for the Lord is coming" is certainly at the heart of this Sunday's readings. This preparation takes us back to Jesus' humble birth in Bethlehem, his sacramental coming through the sacraments and people we encounter, his return at the end of time, and also Jesus' coming to us through the daily fabric of our lives. The people we meet and the good that we do offer the opportunity to serve the Lord as we journey back to God. May we have ears to hear and eyes to see so that we will not miss Jesus' 'hidden presence' daily. Grace be yours as you prepare!

Lord of Life, grant eternal life to those who have died: Victoria Almonza (Erika Almonza's sister), Mrs. Lillian Chernicky (mother of 10 alumni), two students and adult who died in bus accident in Tennessee, several servicemen killed recently, 64 killed in Kenya by the al-Shabab militant group, Fr.
