Irish Pride is a program that gives our athletes the opportunity to improve their speed, strength and conditioning under the supervision of trained and skilled coaches. This program focuses on core development, proper lifting techniques, speed development, and an emphasis on increasing flexibility! We want to give all of our athletes a platform to better themselves as individuals, so that they can then help take all of our Bishop McGuinness athletic programs to another level! Training will take place Mondays thru Thursdays through the months of June and July.

Varsity Irish Pride – Male Athletes Grades 9 – 12 for fall of 2013

Mon. – Thurs. 6:30 am – 8:30 am
Dates: June 3 – August 8  with the week of July 3 – 7 OFF

Junior and Female Irish Pride: All Female Athletes Grade 9 - 12  and Male Athletes Grade 5^th – 8^th
