Request a Transcript

To request a copy of your high school transcript, please complete the form below or contact the Registrar, Mrs. Becky Schwarz at (405) 842 6638, ext. 232.  Please allow a minimum of two business days for processing of a transcript request.  In the summer, requests will take longer.  The cost of a transcript is $5.00 for former students and $2.00 for current students through the end of July in the year they graduate.
