Students are encouraged to experience a day in the life of a Bishop McGuinness by shadowing a current student. Students will be paired with a friend or student who shares similar interests for the entire school day or half a school day.
Incoming freshmen are required to take the placement exam the fall before the desired year of admission. The Placement Test, along with teacher recommendations, data from previous standardized tests and face-to-face discussions, allows us to build a challenging curriculum individualized to your student’s needs and interests.
Enrollment appointments with school administration gives the opportunity for students and their family to receive information on schedules and academic plans that are tailored to each student's individual needs. An enrollment appointment will include every step to secure a spot in the Class of 2027.
Freshman welcome nights are the first class of 2027 events students and their families will have the opportunity to sign up for sports, buy uniforms and spirit wear, finalize any enrollment information and hear more about the school.
