Trigonometry, STEM, and Project Lead the Way
She is the first of her parents’ five daughters, so you could say she was born to be in charge of kids. After honing her leadership skills on her younger siblings, her parents sent her to Rosary Catholic School and McGuinness. She found her love of math while earning her Bachelors at Oklahoma State University. She then earned her Masters of Education through Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education Program, and her teaching assignment took her to sunny Jacksonville, Florida. After suffering for three years on the beach, she decided to move back to Oklahoma (fewer sharks to contend with). She then accepted a position teaching math to the next generation of Irish.
BS in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University and M.Ed in Secondary Mathematics Education from The University of Notre Dame
